Developed a variety of eDM templates using Salesforce to help Bowens’ digital marketing team promote their latest products and services to trade and account customers.

Designed and built four eDM templates for key marketing channels:

• Monthly product promotion campaigns.

• Builders Bulletin (monthly newsletter).

• Competitions and announcements.

• Automated emails.

All templates were coded in HTML and optimized using Salesforce modules to ensure compatibility across all email platforms.

The new eDM templates achieved high open and conversion rates, driving increased eCommerce sales and store foot traffic.
